Step Deck / Flatbed: Ideal for compact tractors, attachments, or equipment within legal height and width limits.

How should I prepare my heavy equipment before the driver arrives?

To ensure a smooth loading process: Cleanliness: Wash off excess mud and debris to expose tie-down points and prevent road hazards. Fluids & Batteries: Check for active leaks and disconnect batteries for long hauls. Attachments: Secure or detach loose components, counterweights, or extra buckets. Protection: Cover exhaust pipes to prevent turbocharger damage during transit and secure all cab windows.

What does your insurance cover, and can high-value equipment be covered?

Every shipment includes up to $1,000,000 USD in cargo insurance backed by comprehensive liability coverage. For high-value assets (such as industrial generators or specialized cranes), we issue custom Certificates of Insurance (COI) with expanded coverage limits prior to dispatch.

Can you pick up equipment from auctions like Ritchie Bros., IronPlanet, or Purple Wave?

Yes. We operate daily at major auction yards across North America. Provide us with your lot number, buyer ID, and release form/gate pass, and our driver will handle gate check-in, load verification, and transport.

Are there any hidden fees outside the initial quote?

No. Our quotes are all-inclusive (tolls, permits, escorts, and equipment). The only potential additional costs include: Detention Fees: If loading or unloading exceeds the agreed free time window (typically 2 hours). Dimension Variations: If actual dimensions/weights differ from what was quoted, requiring upgraded trailers or permits.
